I had an excellent experience with James and CarTunes. They replaced the speakers (Focal) and amplifier (big JL) for my Mercedes GLK 350, added a subwoofer and a "Bit Ten" audio controller. They also installed a radar detector I already had. The price we agreed upon was the final price and the installation was done professionally and neatly.

James answered my questions with knowledge of the product. I did not feel pressured to buy the most expensive radio but rather I felt he gave me info that fit my needs. Having done my leg work I checked out 3 other places deciding to go with Car Tunes which was slightly cheaper than 2 and quicker than all 3.
